No doubt this is the best situated hotel in Siracusa. The doubt comes in if this is a luxury hotel? Both yes and no. Yes, because it all looks fantastic. No, because it is not properly run and therefor problems occur almost every time you stay there. If it is not the water supply, it´s the heating or suddenly you can not have your breakfast on the top floor terrace with that astonishing view. No one really seems to care. Strange. I had to give up staying there when visiting Siracusa. Use to pop in to look for a change, but no good news so far.
