My wife and I tried this place recommended by friends who tried this place before. They suggested the prosciutto e melone for an appetizer and suggested entrecôte for a second course. We tried the prosciutto e melone for the first time, knowing this is a popular antipasti in the area… we liked the refreshing melon and the salty prosciutto but I think I liked the combination more so than my wife and she opted to just eat the melon without the prosciutto… she liked the hint of saltiness of the melon more so than the healthy amount of prosciutto wrapped around the melon. We both ordered pizzas. I tried the Mida pizza(mozarella with pancetta and asiago cheese) and she tried the Caprese pizza. Both pizzas were tasty, though we ended up eating just half the pretty large pizzas… so we took them back to the hotel for lunch the following day. We especially liked the thin, crispy crust and the fresh ingredients. The restaurant, at least on the Friday night we went there, didn’t open until 7:00PM(Italians eat dinner at a later time that Americans) but we were seated at an outdoor location when we arrived about 20 minutes before opening. The place is quite spacious. Service was attentive and our servers spoke English, making it easier to convey our orders with the limited Italian we were able to muster. The place has a large parking area out back. For our meals, a Coke and a bottled water, with a 2 Euro coperto per person, our bill totaled a modest 31.50 Euros… not bad for a very good meal with equally good atmosphere.
