Busy, and authentic. We had to wait to get a table BUT they did give us wine (on the house to tide us over). The menu was local but a limited. The service was very friendly but a bit distracted. Downstairs is better than up, as it felt a little like a was dining with my older Italian relatives (of which I have none!).
