DO NOT EAT HERE. I wish I’d read the other reviews first. The service was terrible and the food mediocre. And then when it came to paying the bill they charged me twice. It’s a long story, but they are not to be trusted. DO NOT EAT HERE.

We stopped here hungry for a late lunch. This isn’t the time to stop since the chefs are usually on an afternoon break. The outdoor seating patio is lovely. The pizza is bleh. The service is not great. Waiter forgot my salad and didn’t bring wine until after the food. I had Gnocchi with Bolognase and it was average. Pizza was TERRIBLE. Bad crust. I wouldn’t recommend but maybe there is lots of mediocre food in Venice since they don’t count on repeat customers.

Just awful. From the grumpy waiter to the bleh pizza, not the kind of meal we were looking for. The tables were so uneven, it’s impossible not to spill anything. Everything came out literally backwards (pizza, appetizer, silverware and then finally the water we asked for). If you want to pay way too much for terrible food and worse service, then visit the Hotel Messner restaurant. Otherwise, visit another establishment.

The hotel restaurant is not the place to be. The service is atrocious, and the pizza is only moderately better than a hot pocket version.
Our waiter gave such poor service, that we didn’t even bother noticing how bad the food was at first.
