One of my favorite meals in Italy, and I was there for over a week! The ambiance was amazing before our opera in the Verona arena. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The house wine was great, and a great value. But above all else, the food was superb. Great plating, the chef delivers the food directly to your table, and you can just hear the church bells in the background on the hour. I had the carbonara, my friends had the steak, the ricotta and sea bass black tortellini, and the ravioli in red wine sauce with bacon.

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Italy; the other one is Piazza Duomo in Alba (a 3-​Michelin star restaurant).
Food is delicious yet comfy. Prices are super reasonable. Ate here twice, only about € 40 for 3-​course meals.
Will return and highly recommend to anyone who visits Verona.
