All I have to say is wow! My friend and I backpacked Europe/Italy for 3 weeks and agree that this was by far the best pizza we had! Priced by weight and with a bunch of different flavors, we thought it was a good value and we both found slices with toppings we liked. I had the buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil pizza and I could’ve eaten 10 slices! The crust is thick but light and everything tastes very fresh. The place itself is quite small and easily missed(it’s right in front of the bus stop) with some barstools lining the walls, so I would recommend more for a walk-up lunch than dinner. Make sure you take the time to stop by here on your trip to Venice. you won’t find pizza like this at any sit down restaurant!

Absolutely excellent! The best pizza«al taglio» in the city of Verona by far. «Acqua & Grano» has two shops in the city: this on at Portoni Borsari, and another one in the district called«Borgo Trento». I now hear they also have opened a proper pizzeria with tables and waiters, can’t wait to try that one. The pizza is incredibly good. Ingredients are terrific, the flavors are excellent and everything is prepared following a really healthy philosophy(that you can read ok the wall once you enter the place). There are many choices of pizza al taglio and obviously they make them fresh. The place is small but it looks nice. Prices are kind of steep but you cannot deny that the quality is remarkable. Therefore you would not be bothered by the above-average price of the pizza. I really hope they keep up this good work and I can’t wait to try their new restaurant«Storie di Pizza».
