Stopped in here for a quick bite while out and about in Akihabara. This is the fast food of sushi but with the quality of a really nice sushi bar. They serve orders in 2 piece sets on leaves instead of plates. There are no dishes, only disposable chopsticks. They are all about being high speed and low drag here. The fish is precut but only a few minutes before you order it. They seem to cut only about 10 – 20 pieces ahead so that you can get your order fast. We ordered 6 – 8 pieces and they sere server over the bar in something like 20 seconds. This is truly a dream come true, stop in order 6 – 10 pieces of sushi, eat, pay, leave. BANGDONE in like 12 minutes. I only wish we had these in the US!

Absutely loved this quick, inexpensive, and fun way of having sushi within the train station. Fish was nice and fresh, sushi chefs were fun to attempt communicating with. They seemed to enjoy speaking broken Engrish while laughing at my inability to understand Japanese. Oh well! :P It was all in fun spirit and I had a blast. My second favorite sushi spot in Tokyo.
