This ramen shop is located in the central street of the fish market. You can’t miss it! There is always a big line and it’s quick and most importantly only $ 7 for a bowl of ramen. I got the noodles with sliced pork. The broth tasted very clean and simple, noodles were chewy, but the pork was too dry for my taste. Overall, it was a very simple ramen for me, since there are so many great choices in Japan, I don’t think I would try here again. It is pretty famous, so its worth a try to say you have been there!

Cash only. They serve a Ramen(Chuka Soba) only for 700 yen(the price as of June 2015). The ramen with roasted pork fillet was very simple but tasty. We visited on a rainy day and luckily the line was very short. We will come back when we visit Tsukiji again.

Wow, amazing ramen here. Located on the outer stalls of Tsukiji fish market’s outer market. Literally served from a half a hole in the wall. You order at the counter, watch anxiously and drool in line while you watched your bowl of ramen being prepared. Once you’re handed your order on a tray, you have to find a spot at one of the tables on the street adjacent to the stall. It’s a light soup base full of flavor and it was the only ramen soup I gulped down during my trip to Tokyo. It was SO good I didn’t notice it dripping all over my face. I didn’t care either what I looked like, for at that moment, I was in nirvana. The perfectly cooked ramen was topped with generous slices of pork. And if you like garlic in your ramen, there’s crushed garlic on the table. This bowl of heaven only cost 700 yen — approx. $ 5.50USD. A must visit if your visiting Tsukiji fish market.

To simply put it: the ramen here is amazing! Normally, I am not fond of ramen; I would go because my brother wants to, but I would only finish ¾ of it at best(rest goes to brother). However, this place is different and I finished the whole bowl. There is only one ramen option and they make it well. Personally, it is a tad too salty because I grew up with a lot of bland foods, but it is still tasty. Also, there is extra condiments(peppers) and whatnot at the tables you stand around to eat, but it is not needed at all. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes/loves ramen, but warn them to bring some water to balance the amount of salt being consumed.

This ramen shop is located on the main street of the Tsukiji Fish Market. They have one product — ramen. They do it well. Go early, as the tourists always find this restaurant. It was written up in several travel books. Worth the wait. The line goes fast. You pay about USD$ 7 for a bowl of the deliciousness! Add minced garlic and black pepper. Free soba tea(cold). Best ramen on the block!

Street side ramen shop in tsukiji fish market. Clear broth and small, firm noodles. I was there at 10am for breakfast and it was hopping. Excellent value and atmosphere.

This ramen shop along the tsukiji outer market is one of the more popular among tourist and locals. The shop almost spans across two shops and has two tables for eating. Come here early to avoid lines as it can get quite long around late morning. There was barely a line around 8:30AM but at around 11:30AM, a line stretched to a couple of vendors down. Ordering here is quite easy as there is only one option I believe. The ramen(¥700) comes in a big bowl, enough to feed two. I would recommend sharing a bowl to safe room in your stomach for the many other food options in the market. The broth is very thin and clean tasting compared to typical ramen broths. The best part of the dish was actually the ramen noodles itself. Also they give you a couple thick and large slices of pork.
