This was the very first time I get a chance to see so many different products and collections from Shiseido! This was a very exciting experience. However, this was the worst customer service experience we got in Japan. There were so many tourists, the staff there did not seem to help to make the shopping experience more pleasant and smooth. They need to work on improve the shopping experience, such as speed, product introduction, etc. We were looking for eye cream. One of the shopping assistance girl was helping us and led us directly to a product cost 150 dollars, without really introducing what it does. We tried the eye cream and said it was so rich(we were talking about the eye cream was rich in texture). The SA repeated«so rich», grinned and walked away. I’m not sure what just happened. I guess she misunderstood rich with expensive? The best moment from these SAs in this store was probly when we bought some«the ginza» collection products.
