Daigo-Ji garden is amazing. Simply amazing from once you enter until you leave. There’s a huge gate once you pass the courtyard. There’s an entrance fee, but it’s a insignificant price to pay to visit such an significant place in Kyoto. Once you enter, you will notice the refreshing smell of the trees, the shade provided by the trees, and the cool breeze that softly hits your face. It’s an incredibly peaceful and a surreal feeling when you walk through the garden. The garden grounds consist of many temples and halls. The five storied Pagoda and Bentendo Hall is deeper into the temple grounds. It’s about a 300 feet walk. Overall, it’s truly an amazing place to visit. There are no words that can really described my appreciation and the feeling of walking through Daigo-Ji. Well, except for«F*CKYOCOUCH!»

I didn’t explore much of this temple as this was my fourth temple of my temple-hopping tour. The gardens are pretty, especially if the cherry blossoms are in bloom. It’s worth visiting to check out the 5-story pagoda.
