Gion Koishi

Located in the Shijyo street near Yasaka shrine. Very easy accessibility. You never miss this Japanese sweet shop and café. This shop originally had specialized in candy, but has opened a café. I had parfait here several times. Among them brown sugar chiffon parfait is rare and great. This is because other famous Japanese sweet café T is located on the opposite side, which specialized in Japanese green tea. Probably the macha parfait of T is better than the one of this shop. In addition brown sugar of this shop is very nice, for this is originally a candy shop! It matches other ingredients such as sweet red beans and whipped fresh cream. As for price I could have one under 1000 yen. At another famous sweet café K in Gion it costs over 1000 yen. So I have never been there.
Cost performance, accessibility, atmosphere, waiting time (some said to me they had to wait a little. But I had a seat as soon as I entered the café) everything is above standard level. If you don’t want to wait or pay more, this café is recommended.
