Well, I couldn’t go to Japan and not eat KFC again. I just had to and I was so happy I got to eat it again. You can’t knock it until you try it! KFC in Japan is a totally different experience than in the US or anywhere else for that matter! I ate up everything! My chicken katsu burger was delicious! The chicken katsu as sandwich between two buns and topped with cabbage and some sweet sauce. Not too much, but just enough for a good balance. The thick cut fries were really good. My favorite was the biscuit, which comes with honey and maple on the side. This is probably one of my favorite items here because it’s something sweet and tasty. It’s not as dense and heavy as the American biscuits, but it is equally yummy… or maybe yummier! This location was beyond clean. I could’ve eaten off of the floor. Not to mention, the service was extremely friendly and really quick. They were totally on it. I wish our KFCs were like this here in the US. Sadly, they are far from it. So going here was actually extremely enjoyable. I recommend everyone to at least try KFC in Japan once even for a snack especially if you’re feeling a little homesick and wanted something to remind you of home, yet give you a unique Japanese taste. If you’re lucky enough to come by this location, you’ll definitely be pleased with your whole experience.
