I was at a loss whether it was a shrine, park or relics. Kyoto is a historical spot and also the place where many battleships were carried out. This site is a relics as well as a park, where a large stone monument of Nagatoshi Nawa stands. Nagatoshi Nawa was a military commander in the era of the Southern and Northern Courts and was killed in the battleship here. I thought it was not proper for children’s park. There are no play ground and amusing appliances. Anyway elderly or adult should come here to think of stupid histories repeated by human beings. At the entrance a cherry blossom tree stands. The cherry blossoms come out at a stretch and their petals are scattered at a stretch. The figure symbolized the manly way of life of the samurai warriors, therefore was it planted? Because I do not mind even shapelessness, I think that one surviving persistently is much cooler.
