Had the ribs and my wife had the blue cheese burger. The meal was overall fine but the ribs tasted burnt on the edges and my wife had a virgin strawberry daiquiri that tasted watered down. Also, it was during lunch time so the service was a bit slow because not much staff was available.

I was very very very happy when Tony Roma’s shop had opened in Kyoto. My American friend had took me here on 2010, the year when the mall opened. It’s almost impossible to find a place where I could eat American barbecue meat with the American size(I love to eat, but not the Japanese size). The Restaurant is in the first floor and near the entrance of the aeon mall. The restaurant it self reminds me the time I spent in the states. I can’t explain why, many the ceiling is tall, and the table has some magic?! Anyway, the smell of the steaks and ribs makes me more hungry. The price are getting higher than it used to be(one plat will be from 2000 to 3000 yen), but it is worth for me. The Rib with the original souse, lamb chops, mashed potatoes, coleslaw… I just love it… but the taste is a bit lighter than remember. Also I like hot caramel apple pie, the thick taste is addicted to me that some times I feel like eating the thick tastes.
