Maybe I’m just not a fan of this style ramen, but I’ve tried it twice and both time I’ve left disappointed. The chashu was too thin and too tough. The noodles were a bit too chewy. The broth lacking depth. The aji tomago was perfectly cooked though, glad I added that. But the next time I need ramen in this area I’ll venture out of the Ark Hills complex and try something else.

Not a bad ramen place. You buy tickets for whatever you want to eat at the vending machine in the entrance, and you just give the tickets to the guy behind the counter. You can order tonkotsu(pork flavored) hakata ramen in three different flavors: light, thicker/creamy, or extra flavor. The noodles also come soft, medium, or al dente. You can order extra noodles up to two times! If you’re staying at the intercontinental, this is close by and worth the walk!
