The view is spectacular from the 42ND floor and the décor is inviting. However, the prices are VERY expensive so you expect to receive good service and what you have ordered. I ordered a glass of champagne and I only received half of a glass because the bottle was empty. This cost 1,800 yen. Then, I ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. I watched the bartender pour it and he didn’t show me the bottle. I asked him to show it to me and looked at the label. My friend and I moved to the sofa area and I ordered a third glass. It tasted different but I didn’t say anything, I didn’t know why. My friend ordered me a 4TH glass and when I came back he told me she said it was a chardonnay like the last glass. I told her that I had been ordering sauvignon blanc and she got an attitude. I told her that at 1,400 yen per glass, I should be able to receive the correct thing that I ordered. Not only that, the two, stout, non-Japanese female staff are very rude. They hover over guests as if they are guarding inmates not simply being at their service. The Japanese female staff member was kind and professional.
