Here’s what you need to know: Outstanding tonkatsu! Perfect batter — non greasy, hot and crunchy; outstanding quality of pork and shrimp; Excellent curry. Very well priced. Great service!
I came here on my last day in Japan, and this is located in the basement of my hotel’s building (Park Hyatt). I absolutely loved the tonkatsu and the curry. The pork is moist, tender, and melt in your mouth fresh. The shrimp was perfectly cooked — not over or under.
The curry was full of flavor and a perfect consistency, with good intensity of flavor.
There were cute and fun plates and bowls for kids, and my 2 year old daughter loved the food. The pricing is very aggressive. Loved the low cost.
My only regret is that I didn’t discover this restaurant sooner. I certainly recommend it.
