Review based on lunch only. Want a Hamburg made with pork meat? In my «Oreno Hamburg»(Shibuya) review, I explained the difference between hamburger and Hamburg, so I won’t get into that again. What I want to explain is that most hamburg uses minced beef; sometimes a mixture of beef and pork. Here, their signature Hamburg is made with 100% ground pork. I was very worried at first, but the worry dissipated with my first bite. Wow, this is really good! It’s a mixture of pork fat and red meat results in a very juicy hamburg. What was most impressive was their texture. It wasn’t too soft and it wasn’t stiff. A well balanced Hamburg. Lunch price: ¥980 pork Hamburg. I regretted that I did not pay extra ¥200 for pork ginger stir fry(buta no shoga taki). I’m sure it’s as tasty. Dinner: I really look forward to revisiting this place for their dinner. They have pork ribs, which looked really nice. I’ll re-review after that.
