天神坂

Yuuhigaoka is the town where setting sun matches. There are many slopes in this area. Visiting tasteful seven hills of Tennoji is popular among not only local people but also tourists.
Because it is a slope reaching to Yasui shrine, this slope was named after the shrine. In this Shinto shrine precincts, there is near the main hall «a gravestone for the place where Yukimura Sanada was killed in battleship in the camp of the Osaka summer.
In addition, there is one of seven springs, the spring water of Yasui below immediately, and call it «well for calming down irritation» (Kanshizumenoi), which is well known. Unfortunately the water of the well dies now.
There is an equipment which reproduced the atmosphere of the then spring in the middle of Tenjin Hill. The circumference of the slope of a gentle stone pavement is lined with not only the Shinto shrine but also the houses.
Though it was slightly still early time in the evening that I arrived, I didn’t watch a slope lighted up to setting sun.

How quiet the scenery was! I did not think that I was healed so much in the slope. I want you to walk this slope once if you have not come yet. While thinking about ancient great people.
