Ever Green is an Asian cuisine restaurant where we can have Indian, Thai, Nepalese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, and Chinese dishes. Although chefs may be from India, I love Pathai here, Thai stir-fried noodle. Its default seasoning served by chef is often a little bit weak and sweet because it is adjusted for Japanese people, however, if nampla(Thai fish sauce) and prik nam som(Thai vinegar with chili) are added, the taste is completely the same as the dish which I have eaten in Koh Samui, Thailand. Yummy !
