Le restaurant est dans un cadre sympathique. Pas très cher mais on a encore faim en sortant. Dommage le burger était bon mais il y avait 8 potatoes qui se battaient dans l’assiette pour atterrir dans mon ventre.

What a disappointment. I walk by this café everyday on my commute home and really wanted to give it a try. After months of walking by, I finally came here on a weekend for lunch. The first ding. The restaurant had a bud of tables open, but forced people to wait in a line. The second ding were the prices they were charging for the food and drinks! No worries though(as I though), the food LOOKs amazing in the photos, ain’t must be worth the price. Errrr wrong… which leads to… The third ding. The food did not look remotely close to the images in the menu. But even worse than what the food looked like, the food itself actually sucked. The«steak rice» was a very sad piece of over cooked tough meat. Final ding. They brought out the two dishes 15 minutes apart. What’s that all about? The dishes should come out within minutes if not at the same time as the other dish. My boyfriend and I got so hungry, we just ate one plate while waiting for the other one to come out.

I stopped by this JINNAN Café for a meeting at the first time around 7 evening and I got a pretty good impression from its atmosphere and people who work there. Located around decent area of this crowded Shibuya, around 7 – 8 mins from the station, there was still few patrons were sitting and chatting till around 9, then still easily found good seats. We had the first floor seating but it had pretty comfortable elbow-room seatings on underground, and even its terrace tables were warmed by heaters in winter(that where I want to take next time). The standard tea was pretty good flavor and mild taste for me right after another meeting where I got a cup of coffee from another café. Definitely I will be back there for another meeting.
