Yamaya is the best value wine shop in Tokyo. Their content is very consistent (read: they seldom yet different types of wine in); however the price is second to no.

I came here to get a couple bottles of wine. Prices are very reasonable and it’s possible to get wine for 1000 yen.
It is also possible to get 4 liter bottles of whiskey and vodka! There is lots here at very reasonable prices.
There is also a good section with lots of Mexican food supplies! Including soft shell taco tortillas, WOW!
I wish I knew about this place earlier; it’s awesome and has so much great stuff! The location is pretty easy to find although sorta hidden and near Shibuya Station.
