Not so random place I found between Shinjuku Station Southern Terrace and Yoyogi station, just south of the Odakyu tracks. Chicken dominates the broth of this ramen but it is full bodied. Spinach and quail egg are regular toppings along with a fatty slice of chashu. A generous serving of nori tops it off. There is a special that has a rice bowl with what I would describe as a sesame flavored scallion salad. Plenty of seating for groups of 4 as well as a long counter. Standard vending machine setup. English translation available though my general rule is to either pick the largest button or the one in the top left.
