I couldn’t find this place for the life of me. Then I finally did. All the bars in Tokyo have this formal, businessman feel to them. I find it to be a bit sterile, yet interesting to watch and partake in. And it will cost you(sitting fees abound). This spot had amazing drinks. I had a raspberry delight. I don’t recall the makeup of the concoction, but they sit the bottles out in front of you so that you know what ingredients are going into your drink. I like that. You hear that, USA? Anyways, the PDT cocktail book and the Morris kitchen syrups as a display in the bar caught my eye. Loved, loved, loved. Would of imbibed more, but I came close to closing time. I would definitely go again.
