Yotsuya-3-Chome branch of a national chain ramen shop with roots in Fukushima. RAMEN: Really good for the price. Their ramen is around 500 Yen, which is a really good deal for the quality of ramen they offer. I personally found it quite tasty. Fukushima, as you may know, when through lots of hardship, ever since the earthquake and tsunami, which led to the nuclear power plant accident. Kitakata ramen is type of ramen born from Fukushima. Now, some of you may wonder about the safety of their food here. No worries. While the style of ramen is from Fukushima, I doubt that ingredients used here is from Fukushima. Even in the case that it is from there, I am sure all is safe. At least I don’t think twice about eating produces from Fukushima. SEATS: They have comfortable tables. Not one of those really tight counter seats. SERVICE: Horrible. The part-time worker that serviced me did not speak Japanese. I clearly ordered Gyoza, but it never came. I told the lady that I ordered Gyoza and wondered when it would come. She appeared to understand my request, but she did not. Gyoza never came. In the end, I asked the manager what ever happened to my gyoza, to which he apologized that the order never came in. I would be really careful about how you order here. Double check and triple check to ensure that the server understood what you ordered.
