One Kitchen

A rental space with a kitchen in Yotsuya-​Sanchome area.
As the name suggests, it is a single room kitchen space that you can rent to host events and parties. I used it for three day offsite meetings.
ACCESS: About 3 minute walk from Yotsuya 3-​Chome Station. The place is quite difficult to find. You will need your Unilocal app to find it.
TIP: While there is a nice spacious kitchen, you don’t have to use the kitchen. I rented this space without any desire to use their kitchen. They have a LCD projector with an adapter for hook up to a Mac. I was very happy to hold a series of sessions with presentations.
NOTE: This might not be the idea place to hold business meetings with important clients. The space is very casual. You don’t want to be seen using One Kitchen in a suit.
KITCHEN: We ended up making some dumplings in the kitchen. They have all the basic cooking utensils.
PRICE: 3000 Yen or 4000 Yen per hour depending on the time of the day. 720 Yen for garbage disposal.
Day 1: 3000 Yen x 8 hrs (9AM-​5PM)
Day 2: 3000 Yen x 8 hrs (9AM-​5PM)
Day 3: 3000 Yen x 3 hrs (9AM-​12PM)
Total cost including fees was 55,000 Yen.
