NOTE: This review is for the 2nd floor bakery only, NOT the restaurant/café on the first floor. Here’s what you need to know: decent selection of pastries, sweet and savory baked goods, chocolate, etc. with some features Japanese flavors like Uzu and Matcha. The food is good, not great. Gorgeous presentation and great service. A little pricey On our last night at the Park Hyatt hotel, we insisted on getting a few things from their bakery since we were tempted by it every day going in and out of the building. The presentation and food artwork is simply incredible — elegant and precise(see pictures). We order the chocolate citrus cake and the matcha uzu cake, both of which were quite good(just not great). My concern with the matcha cake was that the top layer was too fondant like and impossible to cut through cleanly with a fork. You would need a Japanese Shun sashimi knife to cut it with a clean edge :) The service was excellent and super pleasant and the packaging was perfect — the desserts looked the same when we opened the box in our room as they did in the display case in the bakery. 2 desserts cost us about ¥1600
