Hey foreigners! Bring your passport! This store offers a tax free shopping experience if you spend 10,000 yen. Between the awesomeness of Uniqlo and the cost of everything in Japan, you’ll be spending 10,000+ yen guaranteed. Womens clothing on the first two floors, mens and childrens on the top floors. If you’re coming from Shinjuku station take the«nishi-guchi» or west exit. It will be directly to your right once you walk out. It makes me cringe listening to the dressing room attendant attempt to speak English and tell foreigners to take their shoes off over and over. TAKEYOURSHOESOFFBEFORESTEPPINGINTOTHEDRESSINGROOM! Uniqlo is cheap, has all of your basics/essentials and the quality is great for the price you pay. This store is big, but there is an even larger store if you take the East exit out of Shinjuku station. They even have a special section of Japan themed T-shirts at the other store!

This store has a kids clothing section, which scores big points with me. It’s quite a challenge to find good quality kids clothes at reasonable prices anywhere in Japan(sometimes all you want are basic items… not the overpriced designer clothes or the really cheap ones with loud crazy designs on them). So yes, highly recommended if you are shopping for your child.
