Kushikatsu Tanaka is one of my favorite after work restaurant chains in Tokyo. The fried food is excellent (and unique!) and the atmosphere is very fun. Each time I have visited, the restaurant encouraged copious amounts of drinking by using a dice rolling game where customers can win free or discounted drinks.
Very reasonably priced and highly recommended (including for foreigners)!
