To its own popularity, be ready for a hefty wait if you around meal times. Upon waiting in line, the hostess prepares a check list item for you to select how rich you prefer your broth, toppings, spiciness and noodle texture. Thus, extremely tourist friendly as it comes in various language options.
The serving style is unique ad you sit booth like with a small lowered window where the server brings your selections out. Each seat as a collapsible wall barrier between guests, so you can dine alone comfortably or enjoy a fun and casual date night. Not great for groups as your interactions are limited to those who sit to your left or right.
As for the food, the noodles and broth were tasty but the pork was lackluster. As an option, you can bring this meal home in its dehydrated souvenir package for 1500Y. This, I’ll pass on.

Of course it’s the top two ramen I’ve tried, but it’s def not the feeling of heaven. It’s good food without doubt, but never is it worthy to wait in line for longer than 20mins. Ramen comes into different branches and flavors, I’ll visit Tokyo for more other flavors next time!
