This was our very first meal in Tokyo and it didn’t disappoint! We really just chose this place based on convenience. If you have never used one of those food ticketing machines before you might want to read this little tidbit: Place money into the machine, then select what you would like and little tickets will be dispensed for those items, once you’re finished press the change button and it will spit out your change. Give the tickets to the server. I loved that they asked us how we liked our noodles. I believe the options were soft, medium or hard. We all went with medium and loved it. These noodles were thinner than I’ve had and perfectly chewy. We went with the first three selections at the top of the machine. The first was a sesame miso broth, the second was a regular miso broth, the third I can’t remember, however, we thought all of these were very good. Each very flavorful with decently sized pieces of pork. The first was probably the favorite. This was the most memorable meal for the bf. I enjoyed it, but I still hold a torch for Ramen Dojo, back here in California.
