This place was SUPER busy and popular. My fiancé and I wanted soup — and what other better place than any place in Japan?! So we were walking by, starving and impatient so we picked the first one in sight. We were seated immediately and surprised to find that no one here spoke English because of the strong American presence here because of the military base. Nonetheless, we worked hard with our gesturing and limited Japanese skills and succeeded. My first and second choice soup were both sold out. I ended up going with a standard miso ramen which was okay. I didn’t end up finishing it. My fiancé got gyoza and small plates: fried chicken and pan-fried noodles with seafood. She seemed to have enjoyed it. Service was good. Prices were good.
