This used to be a favourite local bookstore for me. Not after today. I was trying to process a return and the clerk was extremely unhelpful and rude. Went to another Coles and they were totally helpful, processing it with no questions or concerns. Customer service is not good at the Seven Oaks Mall store — the customer is definitely «not first» nor was I treated respectfully.

This bookstore is sub-​par. They never carry the books I’m looking for. Huge disappointment.

A small selection especially the History and Political section. Its your typical small outlet bookstore. They are often over priced. But if you are looking for a quick buy its alright. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. Ordering books through here can be fairly efficient, A week max waiting. All in all an average store.
