Excellent fast customer service and super fast shipping, it pays to shop local. Most of my emails were replied to within hours and they took care to actually help me out. Thanks for a good online shopping experience

Online purchase review:
Why would anyone in their right mind purchase an item from this retailer from
, where they are apparently ‘required’ to charge shipping (other companies don’t charge shipping just fine, this company is not special) and then they’re offering free shipping from their website on orders above a specified price? Why don’t you reduce the prices of items on Amazon to offset this?
Don’t bother putting your products on Amazon if you’re going to create a pointless discrepancy that tricks people into paying shipping.
Also, why wouldn’t this retailer send an item from the closest warehouse to the customer? Is your order processing that dysfunctional or absent-​minded not to implement such a simple system? So the shipping time is unnecessarily longer than it needs to be.
This will be my only purchase from this retailer. I’ll continue to price match them and buy from other retailers, because this is dishonest and silly.

Mediocre selection of stock readily available and prices that can be beat (sometimes considerably) by driving 20 minutes down the road to Langley.
The service is sub-​par with the «we know better» attitude rampant. Little post-​purchase support.
All in all a purchase experience that has left a bitter taste in my mouth; I will most definitely not be bringing my business (or any referrals) to this shop ever again.
