Pet Lovers

I shop at Pet Lovers a lot and have never had a bad experience or not been able to find what I needed. The store is quite crowded but that’s because it is well stocked. The staff and owner are very knowledgeable and helpful. The last time there I was helped by a very nice girl who took her time helping me get all that a needed to house my new baby rats. She got me to the tills and I paid, she walked out with me and I thought that’s strange, but she had car waiting to pick her up, which I noticed parked there on my way in. She was off shift but she stayed and helped me anyways. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they do sell puppies and kittens and I don’t believe in that. Adoption is better, but until there is a ban on it, they have the right to.

This place is over-​priced, disorganized with unfriendly and uninterested staff, is dirty and has a bad smell. The animals they are selling are not well cared for. For example, the kittens are in too small of an enclosure with a dirty litter box, in which one of the kittens was laying in that box covered in feces. Go somewhere else for your pet supplies. And don’t buy, adopt!
