Food is always cold or stale, and coffee is either cold or tastes old too. Employees aren’t so friendly, probably because it’s busy ALL THE TIME.

The one is for this specific location, I have heard it is the worst run one in Canada and I would not be surprised. They screw up more then they do good.

Yay, I’m totally a fan — it’s fantabulous!!!
I love their chili in the bread bowl (and you have to eat the bowl, does anyone remember those commercials), they have really good sandwiches, my favourite is the vegetarian. Plus you can get a double double and a doughnut for pretty cheap.
My dad was able to sweet talk a guy who works there into selling him a whole bag of chili for his poor daughter who lives in California and can’t get Tim Horton’s anymore.
It’s a family favourite.
