Being in a hurry, i chose their service for the 24hrs or less as advertised on their website, 48hrs later, i was trying to contact them to know why it take so long since i had no news back, i phoned. no answer … telling me not to leave voicemail but text message, which i did, no answer, went to their website for support on live chat, first thing they told me was to stop bugging their staff and to relax … WOW … what about an apologize first? i am not the one who should relax, your the one who should hurry. yours 24 hrs late ! On the third day(48 hours later), i went on my account and cancelled my order and received a confirmation email from the owner saying that my order was succesfully canceled, then i went to another company lot more friendly who stand behind their services and i received an email next morning from that same company saying my phone was unlocked. So, 96 hrs later, i receive an email from support saying that my phone is now unlocked… loll… euh sorry guys but my order was cancelled 2 days ago and i have the confirmation of it … plus … my phone has already been unlocked for almost 24 hours. Now, wont refund me, even with my email confirmation saying that my order was cancelled, that guy got a serious attitude problem. for having unlocked many phones, i must say that i tried them for the 24 hrs or less service, in the end, been a waste of time, patience and a nightmare to deal with. ohh. customer service. forget about it, keep in mind, once you paid, if you try to contact them for a problem, this is harassement ! i went on the net doing some research on them, reading reviews, and it seem there is always a good reason for them to put their fault on the clients. 24hrs or less = 96 hours and they charged me for an order that was cancelled and confirmed by email from their website. end of story ! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I am pretty sure they will come back with a nice story about how wrong i am, lol … whatever … i know what happend and which nightmare a went through with them …

This outfit claims to be able to unlock your iphone remotely. I paid for this service, and followed their instructions on how to do this. They offered two ways to do it, and because one required a SIM card I didn’t have I used the other one. It didn’t work. I requested more information/help and received a snotty reply to just read the instructions. Eventually I was assured it was unlocked. I got to Italy and when I purchased a SIM card it wouldn’t work. The technician there said this was because the phone was still locked, so I was hooped. When I returned I asked for a refund and was again told that the phone was unlocked and that it was my fault because I hadn’t updated the iOS on the phone(something I was only instructed to do if I had a SIM card as above.) He refused to give a refund. The service level was, in short, nil and the promised result(a phone that could operate off of a SIM card purchased in Italy) wasn’t provided. Taking it in to a Rogers or Telus store might be a bit more trouble and cost a few bucks more but in the end it’s well worth it.
