I don’t use a lot of parts but when I do this is definitely the place to go. Friendly, helpful staff, Great return policy. If they don’t have it in stock they get it in really fast. It is also locally owned and we should support our local businesses. This town has far too many box stores and we all know that you will probably get much better service from a small business. By the way — this business also supports other local businesses. I had a small business in town and Par was a faithful customer to us which was very appreciated.

Staff are intuitive and friendly. Lots if selection and if you need to ship a part, it’s quick and they let you know ASAP when it’s ready for pickup. Would never go anywhere else!

I was in here when I first moved to Airdrie about a year ago. I have made it my regular parts place as Napa is less than useful and I stay away from dealers.
Have usually had all the parts I need in stock, but they get parts in from Calgary a few times a day. They even had a bearing for a snow machine and did all the referencing over the phone to make sure it was correct (saved $$ not going to arctic cat)
All the staff is super helpful, I wish I could remember the guys name I usually deal with.
The only way this place could be better is if they installed all the parts I buy!
