My first time here. Booked appointment for Saturday at 1:45. Arrived on time. Stylist was running behind. I didn’t sit in the chair until 2:10. Not good first impression. I guess Tina is quite chatty which is why she wasn’t on time.
She washed my hair. Worst wash ever. Felt like she didn’t rinse the shampoo or conditioner out of my hair at the back. Yuck. Then she decided she’d wax my eyebrows before doing my hair. So I’m sitting with a wet head in the shampoo chair while she waxes my eyebrows. She doesn’t even check after to tweeze any strays nor does she take oil to get rid of any leftover wax. I come home with sticky eyebrows. Again, not impressed.
On to the cut. This was s super quick cut. Reminds me of one of those cheapo places where you’re done in 10 minutes. She didn’t seem to take much care in making sure the sides were even or anything. I don’t even think she cut anything off the top, just the back and then my bangs. She blow dried it and it looks ok. I haven’t checked to see if the sides are even for I fear they’re not and I don’t want to upset myself.
Overall, not impressed here and will not return.
