North Ajax Rehab and Sports Injury Clinic

I decided to stop walking like Kramer, Senfield episode, when he was wearing the pair of navy skinny pants, and make my way in for a relaxing massage. North Ajax Rehab is located in the MacLean Community Center off Westney. With the combination of my regular RMT leaving for another clinic in Toronto and what seems to be a challenge to book a maasage, I felt I was lucky to get an available RMT for the day/​time I was looking for. Turns out, this time of year is busier due to people realizing they have «X» amount of $ left on their benefits and then booking regluar massages until the the end of the year.
On to the massage part with Kelli. Quick diagnosis of my hamstring pains in the right leg at the start, just the amount of pressure during the massage with suggestions for muscle improvement and flexibility, good conversation througout and I was back to being my normal flexible self walking out of there.
