I have never heard of such a bad retail experience, then with San Jude’s Bridal. My sister-in-law got her dress altered there. It took 8 visits before the dress was altered correctly.(When I later talked to a seamstress that I know, she said that even the most complicated dress only needs 3 fitting maximum to get it right!) She just needed some minor alterations done, but each time we went back to get the dress, there were more problems! The owner kept trying to get us to take the dress with substandard work done, and would say things like«just carry the flowers low on the dress to hide problem with the alteration». I could go on with all of the other problems we had, but I will just say that our experience with San Jude’s ended with the owner locking us in her store when we said that we had a problem paying her what she wanted to charge us!
