The store is great. The service wonderful but the product is pretty bad. We bought the 738 sectional about 3 years ago. I can’t believe how awful this couch already looks. The pillows lose feathers daily from just sitting against them. the pillows are half the weight they were originally. The back cushions have lost their shape and quite frankly are looking terrible. The sofa looks like it’s 20 years old. The seat cushions are misshapen also. We just sit on it. It shouldn’t look so bad after only 3 years. It was 2000 dollars. A bit much for such a cheap product.

This is claimed to be the only warehouse outlet for this company, which no longer manufactures furniture at this location. They seem to consolidate all their unsold, overruns, mistakes, undelivered orders, and overstock in this location.
The selection is tremendous when it comes to couches and upholstered chairs. All the items are brand new and available at tremendous prices. They also have delivery (for a fee) which is very efficient. The designs are current, traditional and casual.
We purchase 2 very oversized armchairs, and 1 love seat in a beautiful microfiber. It is beautifully manufactured, and costs us less than $ 700. I remember this place as I reviewed the Pickering Markets. Its very close to there, and it is definitely worth the drive. They have a knowledgeable sales force, but not the sleazy high pressure furniture store kind. They will help you locate stuff that matches. This is extremely useful as the place is huge. It carries tremendous inventory.
