Tangled Hair Studio

First I want to start off by saying that Tangled hair salon has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced ! As well as some of the best staff. I had an issue with my hair and they offered to fix it and did with incredible results ! Ashley was the wonderful lady that did my hair and she is just a fantastic person all around ! I truly recommend if you need anything done at the salon to book her ! She has such great knowledge on hair ! Absolutely any question I asked her, her replies were above and beyond ! Thank you Tangled for making my hair BEAUTIFUL! and I will be recommending this salon to all my friends and family ! I will be seeing you soon when my roots come in haha

I’m not much of an online reviewer, but with an experience like this I felt I had to share.
I’ve always found my hair hard to style, and have always thought that my hair was the problem. But my cut a few weeks ago has completely changed my mind. I don’t even have to blow-​dry my hair anymore — I air-​dry it and it looks better than any blow-​out I’ve ever given myself! The layers are just amazing.
The staff were also fantastic, and on top of that the salon is beautiful.
I think I’ve just discovered my favourite salon!

So I went in for a quote on hair color .
I am Hispanic with tanned skin not dark. anyways I wanted my hair blonde not super blonde but something that will go with my skin tone. I don’t wear much make up just eye liner and mascara maybe some lip gloss anyways after I told the receptionist what I wanted she didn’t look impressed … she even replied with «I am waiting for the day that I see a dark girl that looks good with blonde hair «(a few times) after I replied with well I’m not dark I’m Hispanic and as I tried to continue she interrupted me with «do you wear lots of make up «and I said «um no do I look like in do ?» and where she then continued to make faces and make remarks about dark girls with blonde hair and eventually «everyone has their own perspective «rolled her eyes and called someone else to help me… that girl was polite … but …
What kind of interpersonal skills does this lady have? Why would you bring race into it and then make faces remarks and be completely rude. I did not make a big scene because I am not that type of person and well there is no point on arguing with a racist. because That is what that was… racist … her comments were completely uncalled for. A simply let’s see what we can do and try to change my mind with a different color that maybe would flatter my skin tone since she thought I was black and would look ghetto or something … I’m sure jlo, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Shakira, Penelope Cruz ect ect list goes on look nice and guess what they are are blonde or have been …
I find it very funny that someone who is super who applies a pound of blue eye shadow red lip stick and pink blush with red hair that looks to old to be dressing like they are 20 would have any type of rude comments about what looks good on a person. Regardless if you find them to dark for your taste. there are more educated and professional ways to approach an opinion especially working in that line of work because if it was about skin tone and make up maybe she should have got a second opinion on her look.
Anyways I’m not saying don’t go here because i frankly dont know their work but do something about that racist unprofessional lady she really needs a lecture on manners and work ethic. Completely unexpectable
