Love this store. Always organized and the staff are always jumping out trying to help you. prices are great!

Wow! This place is like night and day compared to the Home Depot in Pickering.
Within two minutes of entering the store, a gentleman appeared out of nowhere and asked if we needed assistance. I was so shocked that I actually stumbled on my words.
The strange thing was, I think he was just filling in for that section because two minutes after that, another gentleman appeared out of nowhere and thanked him for his help and then… wait for it… they BOTH assisted us!!! …What???
This is crazy… I didn’t know what to do with myself. The result of this fine example of customer service was… I ended up with a better product than I originally came in to buy — for the same price (didn’t up-​sell) AND I walked away completely happy (albeit, a little stunned). This has given me new faith in Home Depot.
Pickering location, you’re dead to me and I’m never coming back. It’s Home Depot Ajax from now on!

I’m very happy with my experience here. I came in, needing some paint for work. I needed to get two colours from our logo mixed and ready as soon as possible. Emily at the paint counter helped me find the right swatches and the right paint and I was out of there in 15 minutes.
Fantastic.
