Don’t even consider this place. Started off cheaper than some other places but they’ll find a way to CHARGE you DOUBLE at the end.

It’s bad enough when you get into an accident… What sucks even more is when you have to pay to get it fixed.
I was skeptical from seeing the other comment on here but know that they have a long time reputation and not just one Unilocal.
Gary and his team did amazing job repairing the rear end of my Chrysler 300.
The paint work was flawless and duplicating metal flake work is painful!

My 2012 Challenger SRT8 was taken to Crosstown autobody for hit & run damage on drivers side, when picked up 2 weeks later, The black paint was not a match, back in it went. 12 days later i pick it up, paint has imperfections from contamination everywhere! back in it goes again. 16 days later, I call them, They are not repainting side again, instead, they want to power polish new paint, so it matches the rest of car. Polish new paint so it matches 1 year old paint??? DO NOT take any high end car or truck to them, unless you want a splash job for paint. Crosstown can paint wheelbarrels and maybe a fence? The manager Tim, used to be the janitor there when last manager walked out. Congradulations on the promotion Tim. Seriously they do not have the capability of performing any type of autobody work properly. Now we go to court to let a judge make this right.
