The Phat Cat Inn

We dropped off our cat in mid December 2015 for two nights. Along with his food we gave the owner a tube of hairball medicine. When we picked up our cat and returned to Burnaby the medicine was not packed with his other things. My husband has contacted her by phone and requested she return the medicine by mail. He has texted, e-​mailed and called repeatedly to no avail. You know what? In customer service the little things count. All of this business is at the owner’s convenience and there is no way I would use this service again. The Phat Cat Inn is located on a back road in the bush around Anmore. There is nothing convenient about this place. Oh, and the no cage statement? It’s a glass room.
