Wes Chips

Fries are a treat for me as I only eat them a few times a year.
Driving through Arnprior for the first time in my life, I happened to drive by Wes’ and since I had heard about their fries, I decided to give them a shot.
FOOD: TASTY BUT OILY
I admit I was surprised by the fact they only serve regular fries here. No poutine, nor burgers or hot dogs, just french fries. That means they should be really good if that is there only business.
And, well, yes they were pretty good. They had good flavor, not too salty and a good texture. My only complaint is that they were quite oily or at least more oily than most chips stands I have gone to.
Parking is rather plentiful and there is outdoor seating.
If I end up back in the area, I’d stop by again.

These fries are absolutely amazing. Since I’ve had Wes’s fries any other fries do not even come close. Perfection:)

Another trip to Arnprior, another stop by Wes’. Actually Wes’ was the reason we went to Arnprior.
This place has the best fry truck fries I’ve had. They’re perfect every time, not once have they been under or overcooked. Always fresh, being so busy can’t hurt.
We stopped in shortly before closing so it wasn’t too busy. Fries were perfect as always.

Dang good fries! Even though they only sell fries and nothing else this place is always busy, especially when the weathers nice.
Bring an umbrella or sit under a tree to avoid getting pooped on by the circling seagulls. They’re a pain really!
Definitely pop in if you drive by!!!

this chip stand was sold for high 6 figures… BEST CHIPS you’ll ever eat. Enough said.
