The first time i went there for a broken laptop charger port. They did a good job (so far) on the port, but returned my laptop charger with its plastic tip broken. They wrapped it in electrical tape and then denied having anything to do with it, saying i must have done it and just don’t remember. Ive since then had to replace it.
Second time i went in to replace my Iphone battery. Went back the next day because the battery he sold was even worse then the one i replaced. He happily switched it out with no complaints. Battery was still garbage and I went back a few days later asking for my money back. Guy flipped out when I refused to pay his fees to take out his garbage battery and give me my old one, even though he had guaranteed full refund if his battery did not meet expectations. After arguing and 3 refund attempts he finally refunded me the correct amount, (other two i think he thought i wouldn’t notice). But not without telling me never to come back and that he didn’t want my fucking business again. The lady is nice, the guy is a dipshit.

I stopped in tonight to see if I could sell an old phone. The guy was super rude telling me he doesn’t want that phone. He easily could have worded it nicely. Even another customer looked up from his phone and seemed shocked. I was interested in purchasing a case for my phone but ill shop elsewhere. If you’re willing to wait 3 – 4 weeks, you can easily buy more than half of the cases in this store off eBay with free shipping for super cheap. A $ 14.99 in store case you can get for $ 1 – 2 on eBay.

Waited an extra hour to get my phone fixed so 4 hours total. Was also a problem the first time. Very poor service and the lady tells you a lot of bs.
You’re better off going literally anywhere else. Try anywhere in Pacific mall… its cheaper and faster.

I’ve had a number of repairs done here, and the work has always been very good. Would be a five star review except for a couple of disappointments. One time a phone with multiple problems wasn’t worth repairing and due to a misunderstanding the screen was replaced anyway and I was on the hook for it. Another time an estimate was given which didn’t include all work items and I had an unpleasant surprise at pickup time. Make sure you’ve got a solid shared understanding of what is to be done and you’ll be very happy. I continue to bring repairs to Cellular Valley because the work is very well done and performed promptly.
