I walked into this particular Tim Horton’s and was served by the worst counter person ever. She is an old lady that walks with a bit of a limp and worked the 6PM shift on Nov 3⁄15. She did not look like she wanted to be there serving people and was pretty intolerant of questions from customers. I asked her what came in a sandwich combo; her answer was«That depends on the combo you want» in a very unpleasant manner. WOWREALLY??? It was then that a nice employee who was working the lobby came by and explained to me how the menu worked in a very nice and specific manner. Everyone else who worked there was nice including the food prep guy. The owner of this franchise needs to do something about this woman who is in a prime customer facing position. Training and a reality check that her job is all about customer service. Overall Rating: 1⁄5

I don’t like Tim Horton but this one did the job. Manager was nice. I order a sandwich to stay and 4 coffee to go. He told me to pick not up after I eat. Respect!

Wish I could give it a Big Zero, never any parking & no solution to the two lines that forms from each direction & block traffic, oh & coffee is aweful!

Went to day with my husband on our way back home. My husband had a coffee with a raisin bran muffin. I had a tea with a blueberry fritter. Well, I wish I’d ordered a dutchie(my usual choice) because then i wouldn’t have been as disappointed as I was. The blueberry fritter had NO blueberry filling, it was empty. My husband’s muffin was stale. This was at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and the place was busy. Seems to me they’re getting cheap — skimping on the filling is one thing, getting none is another thing. Talking to someone I know that used to work at Tim’s, it appears that each store has control, over the amount of filling. This one is independently owned. Won’t be going there again.
