A very disappointing location, with staff not properly trained in handling their own accounting system. I wanted to return something I bought at the Toronto location, and I specifically phoned ahead and asked if I could do so. I was told I could, so I drove up to the Aurora store, just to be told they cannot do so, and they are sorry, and that the manager will make sure the staff are properly trained. Won’t return — will drive extra to go to the Toronto location.

Holy moly are these guys helpful. I bought my first adult bike there after pondering it over two summers. The man that helped my mom and I even remembered us from being there a year prior. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was a child, and he helped me become comfortable with bikes again. They do all the tuning up in shop, and they seem to all be locals so they recommend trails and different routes to take to work and such. It’s a real community store, not corporate or money hungry at all. They encourage customers to ride the bikes around the parking lot to get a feel for the bikes. They sell helmets, shoes, bike accessories, cruising bikes and even fancy off road and racing ones.
